The short version
We don’t ask you to create an account, we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t keep the case details you type into the builder.
Case details you type into the builder
When you build a pack, the details you enter (such as your case reference, court and the names of the parties) are sent to our server to create your PDF. They’re used only for that and aren’t saved once the PDF has been sent back to you.
Your approximate location
The builder suggests an edition based on the country your connection comes from. Our host works this out from your IP address. We don’t store it or combine it with anything else.
Buying through Etsy
Orders, payments and messages are handled by Etsy. Etsy shares with us what we need to fulfil your order, such as your name and order details, under Etsy’s privacy policy. We use that information only to deal with your order and any questions about it.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and protect the service.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. If you’re in the UK and unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
